An Applegasm (sexual climax due to new Apple product of any sort) is an involuntary response to anything Steve Jobs announces, and is experienced by both males and females. Applegasm is characterized by intense physical pleasure, controlled by the involuntary, or autonomic, nervous system. It is accompanied by quick cycles of spending more than required in any store that sells Apple Products, the primary cause is known to be linked to fanboyitis. Applegasms are often associated with other involuntary actions, including muscular spasms in other areas of the body, a general euphoric sensation, and, less frequently, vocalizations.

After applegasms, humans often feel tired and a need to rest. This is attributed to the release of hard earned money. Special Koolaid is a well-known theory of causing fanboyitis and lack of the drink causes depressed mood and irritation.
